About the service

Who handles the move to your storage units?

You can move your belongings by your own means. If you need, we can also handle the move for you. We have vans and staff specialised in disassembly and assembly of furniture. Our transport price is also very affordable.

Can I access my storage unit whenever I want?

Yes. You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The unit is opened straight from your car using the app: you drive right up to the door of your storage unit and unlock it without getting out.

Can I request only part of my items?

Yes, of course. You can access 24/7 and take whatever you need. If you want us to deliver items for you, no problem. We'll deliver them at no cost — our transport service is free.

Can I visit the facilities before signing up?

Yes, we recommend it. You can visit our centres and see the facilities before making a decision. You can also ask us to show you the municipal activity license. Call us to book a visit.

Prices and sizes

What size storage unit do I need?

It depends on the volume of items you want to store. Call us and we'll personally advise you on the smallest size you really need so you don't overpay. You can also describe in the quote form what you want to store and we'll guide you to the most suitable size.

Are the website prices final?

Yes. The website prices for each size are the final prices.

Are there discounts for long-term rentals?

Yes, we offer special deals for longer contracts. The longer you rent, the better the price we can offer you. Ask us about your specific case.

What does the price include?

The storage unit price includes the rental of the space, 24/7 security and insurance.

Contracts and minimum term

Is there a minimum term?

There is no compulsory minimum term. You can rent from a single day. Contracts are monthly and renew automatically until you decide to cancel. You just need to give us advance notice.

How does signing up work?

It's very simple: you call us or fill out the form, we prepare a tailor-made quote, if it works for you we sign the contract and coordinate the pickup. The whole process can be done in 24-48 hours.

Can I change size if I've chosen too small?

Yes, no problem. If you need more or less space, we can move you to a different size unit. Just let us know and we'll adjust the price accordingly.

Security and insurance

How does the insurance work?

We arrange individual insurance policies for each customer, with Generali. Tailored and adjusted to the value of the goods you need to store. All our insurance comes at no cost to the customer — completely free.

What security measures do you have?

Our facilities are equipped with:

  • 24/7 CCTV connected to a central monitoring station and the police
  • On-site physical presence of security staff at many centres
  • Complete fire prevention system (detectors, sprinklers, extinguishers)
  • Restricted access limited to authorised personnel only
  • Private individual rooms, sealed and closed
Do you have a municipal license?

Yes. All our centres hold a municipal license specifically for the storage and warehouse activity. We comply with all safety, hygiene and fire prevention regulations. You can ask to see the license before signing up.

Additional services

Do you offer disassembly and assembly?

Yes. You can bring your belongings to the storage unit yourself. If you ask us to handle the transport and you have furniture that needs disassembly and later reassembly, we can do it. We have professional installers on staff. Disassembly and assembly of any required furniture is included in our transport service, at no extra cost to the customer.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we can provide you with boxes, bubble wrap, blankets and any material you need. It's included in the quote based on the quantity you require.

Can you move special items such as pianos?

Yes, we have experience moving bulky and delicate items: pianos, works of art, antique furniture, etc. We have furniture lifts and the necessary equipment. Ask us about your case.

Storage conditions

Do the facilities have climate control?

Our storage units are located in covered and ventilated warehouses. They do not have active climate control, but they are protected from the elements. They are suitable for furniture, appliances, clothing, boxes, etc. If you need special conditions (temperature/humidity control), ask us.

Is there any damp in the storage units?

No. Our facilities are modern, clean and moisture-free. We carry out regular maintenance to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

What items cannot be stored?

For safety reasons, the following cannot be stored:

  • Hazardous, flammable or toxic substances
  • Perishable food
  • Animals or plants
  • Items of illegal or questionable origin
  • Weapons or explosives

Location and hours

Where are your storage units located?

We have more than 8 facilities spread across the Community of Madrid. When you request a quote, we'll assign you the centre closest to your location or the one that best suits your needs.

What are your opening hours for pickups and deliveries?

Full availability: 24-hour access, 365 days a year. Each customer opens their storage unit straight from the car using the app: you drive right up to the door with your vehicle and manage everything (opening, checking stored items and contacting us) from your phone.

How long does it take to pick up my items?

We can usually arrange pickup within 24-48 hours of signing the contract. If it's urgent, we can try to bring it forward. Call us and we'll coordinate a date that works best for you.
